I really should change my homepage from Mugglenet. I don't know why I still have it. I don't CARE anymore about Harry Potter. Not like I used to. I'll probably only care again if and when she writes that encyclopedia. But honestly I can't bring myself to give a damn about the actors.

I've been busy though for the past few days. Two school projects means two groups crashing at my house procrastinating, playing my computer games and eating all my animal crackers :( It was great fun though.

A small rant about English and other stuff

My grades are ok-ish. I must work harder in Latin as well as stupid English. "Their Eyes Were Watching God" is a fine book if you randomly read it but when you have to analyze the "hero's journey and all the damn character's I guarantee you will hate it. It also doesn't help that every single class period our teacher feels it necessary to bring up the sentence about "pugnacious breasts". We already get the meaning, enough already! Maybe I'd be ok with it if i just did my work XD

I'm going to try and badger my mom into letting me take a PreSAT course at Trinity University. $115 isn't bad. I don't desperatly need the preparation but it would be helpful. I have a practice PSAT on the 17 of October. Thank God it's free. Actual SATs are in my junior year.
Also my Algebra teacher has made me want to invest. With the elections coming up I think buying a share in ClearChannel would be worthwhile. They'd probably be the best to go with because they own everything. Yay for political candidates with ginormous budgets to spend on marketing ads!

Must find colleges with good Art/Astrophysics programs!

Brown Recluse

I'm going to go on record and say I have never been scared of spiders before this. So I get to school today and find Brooke with a spider trapped in an Aquafina bottle and of course this being me I'm all like "Aww poor widdle spider! Put him back where you found him!" Anyway after a fashion we wanted to find out what type of spider it was so we took it to Mr. Moore and low and behold it's a Brown Recluse. And then to make matters worse he shows us this slideshow of the progress of a bite from one of those things. I swear that was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. The venom actually eats away you're flesh and all the muscle is visible. Sick.
We're going to try and get the custodians to spray around the school in case theres more of them.

So yes in conclusion I still adore spiders and even killing a Brown Recluse makes me sad but from now on if I see more I am squishing them.

Whoever happens to be reading this google Brown Recluse Bite and you'll see what I mean.

Started school on the 27th. Nothing really interesting to comment on. Health Science Technology is boring. I suddenly like Algebra 2 and I have to write about myself for History?!!!! WTF?! I'm not joining Latin club this year; too much work. What I will do though is read some Classics. Lorie if you are reading this please recommend something!

Choir is not that bad. It was re-confirmed that I am an alto. I'm sick though so I can't talk much less sing properly. We have 4 fundraisers to do this year because we're taking a trip to Disney World. I never do well at selling things so I will end up paying mostly out of pocket. I'm not entirely sure I want to go though. Between Portus and Disney World I think Portus wins. Problem is that I don't actually know anyone who is going to Portus. :( Must make more Potterhead friends in the Texas and surrounding areas.

Also something freaky is going on with my skin. It's flaking away from under my eyes, my scalp and on one of my arms. D: Perhaps I have eczema? I need to see a dermatologist.

I talked to Christina today over IM. Apparently no one from my old neighborhood wants to achieve anything in life. I am saddened. Jessica might join the Air-force but if not she's moving in with her boyfriend in Georgia. And Rebecca got pregnant and is now going to some other highschool. She lost the baby but still wants another one. I have no idea what Christina wants to do... I hope I'm not the only girl with plans to go to college.

The new headmaster is Sirius (he comes out from the veil)
Ginny takes an interest in Zacharias Smith and kicks Harry to the curb because he is "too noble"

Hermione realizes she can do so much better than Ron.

While at school the trio discover that Voldemort's weakness is salted pretzels and that Horcruxes can be destroyed with MSG.

In the epilogue Bellatrix opens a restraunt. She also realizes that Voldemort's lust for Nagini is too deep and that she will always come in 2nd best to the snake. So she actually starts having a relationship with you know her husband. Poor Poor Rodolphus. You're wife doesn't love you nowhere near enough.

Fenrir takes up poetry writing.
Dolohov marries Lavender Brown and breeds bunnies. (angoras of course!)
The Malfoys give up their manor in exchange for the "simple life" and become shepards.
Macnair becomes Minister of Magic. Kilt wearing is now mandatory.

And Harry and Voldemort come to a truce when they discover they both have had a lifelong dream of opening up a bed and breakfast.
